Fola Kotun is a Singer/Songwriter with a Gospel Soul Background. He was born in London England in the 50's, travelled to Nigeria in the 60's where he was educated at a Primary and Secondary School Level. He came back to England in the 80's to study Marketing. Life did not go as planned ending up in places he could never have imagined. However, he was able to pull through the mess when he repented of his sins and gave his life to his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

Life started to make sense and that's how he arrived at where he is today making music and writing songs.

He writes songs from personal experiences and struggles in life. 

Fola would like his music to reach the youth, the poor and the oppressed encouraging them to surrender their lives to Jesus Christ as He is the only one who can truly transform broken lives.

Fola has released 3 albums Only 2 Questions; Don't Fight Me (over my blessings) and I Was Born To Worship to date.

Another album Brother To Me is on it's way in August 2025.

Fola performs live regurlarly now at Open Mic Nights in Hackney London.
